You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel and return items under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Shopify at checkout. By placing an order you confirm you are over 18 or have consent from a guardian.
We only collect the personal data needed to fulfil your order (name, address, email). We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. Payment is handled by Shopify — we never see your card details. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing fishing4bill@gmail.com.
UK orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days via Royal Mail. UK shipping is a flat rate of £3.50 (free on orders over £50). International shipping is calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination — please allow 7–14 days for international orders.
